Dan and Julie Ihara have been

In that time, they successfully completed hundreds of 1031 exchanges without fail, helped hundreds of seniors in their journey to downsize and relocate, and have spoken at over 1,000 venues locally and nationally. They have been in Honolulu’s Top 100 Realtors for the last 15 years.
Their desire to serve people laid the foundations for the Real Estate Planner℠, a consultative approach that facilitates conversations, provides solutions, minimizes taxes, and executes plans to build generational wealth and accomplish the goals of the family.
Dan is the Leader of the KW Real Estate Planner℠ community where he coaches hundreds of real estate agents around the country.
